Swadzim

Swadzim is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Poznań.
Swadzim was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schwanen. The place is now called Swadzim and belongs to Poland.
