Samołęż is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Szamotuły.
Samołęż was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Samolentsch. The place is now called Samołęż and belongs to Poland.
