Kebbeln is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Memel.
Kebbeln was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Kebbeln. The place is now called Kebeliai and belongs to Lithuania.
