Kapelski vrh is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Ljutomer.
Kapelski vrh was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Kapellenberg. The place is now called Kapelski Vrh and belongs to Slovenia.
