Jakubkowo

Jakubkowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Rypin.
Jakubkowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Köppenfeld. The place is now called Jakubkowo and belongs to Poland.
