Jakóbkowo

Jakóbkowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Lubawa.
Jakóbkowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Köpken. The place is now called Jakóbkowo and belongs to Poland.
