Wysoka

Wysoka is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Wągrowiec.
Wysoka was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hohenheim. The place is now called Wysoka and belongs to Poland.
