Hoch Kelpin is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Free City of Danzig and was situated in the administrative region Danziger Höhe.
Hoch Kelpin was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hoch Kelpin. The place is now called Kiełpino Górne (Gdańsk-Kiełpino Grn.) and belongs to Poland.
