Żabno

Żabno is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Śrem.
Żabno was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hirschdorf. The place is now called Żabno and belongs to Poland.
