Sankt Lazarus is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Posen Ost.
Sankt Lazarus was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hermannstadt (Posen-Hermannstadt). The place is now called Łazarz (Poznań-Łazarz) and belongs to Poland.
