Rakownia

Rakownia is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Oborniki.
Rakownia was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Heidefeld. The place is now called Rakownia and belongs to Poland.
