Hegewald is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Free City of Danzig and was situated in the administrative region Großes Werder.
Hegewald was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hegewald. The place is now called Podwale and belongs to Poland.
