Grodzisk is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Nowy Tomyśl.
Grodzisk was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Grätz (Wartheland). The place is now called Grodzisk Wielkopolski and belongs to Poland.
