Malečnik is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Maribor levi breg.
Malečnik was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Frauenberg bei Marburg. The place is now called Malečnik (Maribor-Malečnik) and belongs to Slovenia.
