Dzwonowo

Dzwonowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Wągrowiec.
Dzwonowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schwanau. The place is now called Dzwonowo and belongs to Poland.
