Dumpen is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Memel.
Dumpen was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Dumpen. The place is now called Dumpiai and belongs to Lithuania.
