Črni vrh is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Škofja Loka.
Črni vrh was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schwarzenberg. The place is now called Črni Vrh and belongs to Slovenia.
