Črešnjevec is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Maribor desni breg.
Črešnjevec was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Kerschbach. The place is now called Črešnjevec and belongs to Slovenia.
