Czemniak is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Graudenz.
Czemniak was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Wangerau. The place is now called Węgrowo and belongs to Poland.
