Chwałkowo

Chwałkowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Gostyń.
Chwałkowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Falken. The place is now called Chwałkowo and belongs to Poland.
