Chłapowo

Chłapowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Środa.
Chłapowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schönhof. The place is now called Chłapowo and belongs to Poland.
