Chełmno

Chełmno is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Szamotuły.
Chełmno was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Hühnenort. The place is now called Chełmno and belongs to Poland.
