Ligota is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Pszczyna.
Ligota was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Idaweiche (Kattowitz-Idaweiche). The place is now called Brynów (Katowice-Brynów) * and belongs to Poland.
