Brzeźno

Brzeźno is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Oborniki.
Brzeźno was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Briesen. The place is now called Brzeźno and belongs to Poland.
