Zgornje Grušovlje is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Celje.
Zgornje Grušovlje was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Oberbirnbaum. The place is now called Zgornje Grušovlje and belongs to Slovenia.
