Uszkullmen is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Tilsit.
Uszkullmen was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Ußkullmen. The place is now called Vėlaičiai and belongs to Lithuania.
