Załączne is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Wejherowo.
Załączne was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schönwalde, Kr. Neustadt (Westpr.). The place is now called Załączne and belongs to Poland.
