Svečina is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Maribor levi breg.
Svečina was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Witschein. The place is now called Svečina and belongs to Slovenia.
