Śrem

Śrem is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Międzychód.
Śrem was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Schrimm. The place is now called Śrem and belongs to Poland.
