Spodnji Otok is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Radovljica.
Spodnji Otok was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Unterotok. The place is now called Spodnji Otok and belongs to Slovenia.
