Grabówka

Grabówka is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Chodzież.
Grabówka was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Segenfelde. The place is now called Grabówka and belongs to Poland.
