Sebastjanowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Śrem.
Sebastjanowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Teichtal. The place is now called Sebastianowo and belongs to Poland.
