Modrze

Modrze is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Poznań.
Modrze was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Reitersgrund. The place is now called Modrze and belongs to Poland.
