Zakrzewo

Zakrzewo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Poznań.
Zakrzewo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Sassenheim. The place is now called Zakrzewo and belongs to Poland.
