Šmartno pod Šmarno goro is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Ljubljana.
Šmartno pod Šmarno goro was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Sankt Martin am Großkahlenberg. The place is now called Šmartno (Ljubljana-Šmartno) and belongs to Slovenia.
