Błażejewo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Śrem.
Błażejewo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Philipsdorf. The place is now called Błażejewo and belongs to Poland.
