Pekre is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Maribor desni breg.
Pekre was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Pickern (Marburg a. d. D.-Pickern). The place is now called Pekre (Maribor-Pekre) and belongs to Slovenia.
