Biała is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Biała.
Biała was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Biala (Bielitz-Biala). The place is now called Bielsko-Biała (Bielsko-Biała-Biała) and belongs to Poland.
