Mestni vrh is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Ptuj.
Mestni vrh was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Stadtberg. The place is now called Mestni Vrh and belongs to Slovenia.
