Medvode is a place, that after the Treaty of Saint-Germain belonged to Yugoslavia and was situated in the administrative region Ljubljana.
Medvode was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Zwischenwässern a. d. Sawe. The place is now called Medvode and belongs to Slovenia.
