Marjampol is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Bydgoszcz.
Marjampol was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Marienfelde, Kr. Bromberg. The place is now called Mariampol (Bydgoszcz-Mariampol) and belongs to Poland.
