Kulen

Kulen is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Memel.
Kulen was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Kuhlen. The place is now called Kūliai and belongs to Lithuania.
