Kocanowo

Kocanowo is a place, that after the Versailles Treaty belonged to Poland and was situated in the administrative region Poznań.
Kocanowo was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Kronau. The place is now called Kocanowo and belongs to Poland.
