Malmedy is a place, that before the Versailles Treaty belonged to German Empire and was situated in the administrative region Malmedy.
Malmedy was formerly part of the German Empire. In the German Empire, the place was called Malmedy. The place is now called Malmédy and belongs to Belgium.
